Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at University Center

Location: Bronx, NY

Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Compensation: Base rate is $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Duties:

1. Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Valid LPN State license.
3. Good standing with State Registry.
