Granville Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Granville, NY.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
  2. Recording health details including vitals and temperature
  3. Administering medications and injections as needed
  4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
  6. Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  7. Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid LPN State license
  • In good standing with State Registry
