Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary technician experience
• Active and good-standing Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona
• Proficiency in patient assessment, nursing care, monitoring, anesthesia, dental procedures, venipuncture, radiology safety
• Ability to educate clients and multitask in a fast-paced hospital

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Assist in surgery
• Perform dental procedures and radiography
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Identify patient concerns and support case management
• Build client relationships through education and service
