Lake Harriet Veterinary seeks an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) for a full-time role in Minneapolis, MN. The position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $25–$30 per hour, with rotating duties across in-house lab work, appointments, and surgery support.

Qualifications

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy veterinary practice.
• Ability to rotate through multiple roles including diagnostics, appointments, and surgery support.
• Strong client communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Run in-house laboratory and process outgoing samples.
• Manage technician appointments and support DVM in appointments.
• Assist in surgery including preparation, anesthesia, dental prophylaxis, and dental radiographs.
• Provide support for the treatment area staff in the Float position.
