In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit.

Progressive Animal Wellness — PAW — is a 4-doctor small animal practice in Avon, offering advanced dentistry (including restorative and surgical procedures), ultrasound and echocardiography services, soft tissue surgery, comprehensive diagnostics, and full preventive and wellness care, all within a modern, expanded facility. CVTs at PAW work at the absolute top of their license — responsible for anesthesia induction through recovery, dental scaling and radiography, and active participation in diagnostic imaging, with a growing tech-led ultrasound program in development.
