Our state-of-the-art facility includes modern diagnostic and treatment equipment such as in-house labs, digital radiography, and advanced anesthesia monitoring. We also offer specialized services like dental care, nutritional counseling, and behavioral consultations to meet unique pet needs.

We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team. Our staff loves their work and strives to make a difference daily, working together with doctors, technicians, and receptionists to serve our clients and community.

Hours of Operation
  • Monday-Friday 7:00a – 5:30p
  • Saturday 7:00a – 12:00p
  • Closed on Sundays

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: animal restraint, triage, lab sample collection and analysis, diagnostic imaging, medical and hospitalized case management, medication administration, client communication, surgical prep and assistance, and anesthetic management.

Must tolerate unpleasant odors and noises, and be aware of potential exposure to bites, scratches, waste, and contagious diseases.

We offer opportunities for growth through virtual and hands-on training and ongoing development.

Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Veterinary Technician with at least 1 year of experience preferred but not required
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Availability for weekends
  • Excellent communication and record management skills
  • Knowledge of veterinary procedures, preventative care, and hospital operations
  • Expertise in animal restraint, sample collection, radiography, anesthesia, and surgical monitoring
  • Commitment to ethics and continuous learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with animal hazards
