Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour.

  • Hourly salary: $19.00 - $24.00
  • Full-Time or Part-time (Monday‑Friday)

Responsibilities
  • Essential support to veterinarians and RVT’s in ensuring care and comfort for clients' pets
  • Assist veterinarians during treatments and procedures
  • Monitor critically ill or injured patients closely
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure around‑the‑clock care and treatment coordination
  • Offer compassionate care and support to patients and their owners
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures such as bloodwork and imaging
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain medical equipment
  • Communicate with pet owners regarding patient updates and treatment plans
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide care as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Consistent and reliable ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, client invoices and estimates, and other position‑related calculations
