Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Vascular Sonographer to support the East Orange VA Medical Center. You will perform vascular ultrasound examinations, document findings, communicate with providers, and maintain ultrasound equipment. The role requires strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, proficiency with Doppler imaging, and a minimum of 2 years' experience.

This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule and requires an active unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. state. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing vascular ultrasound studies.
• Ability to pass VA background checks (NCHC and NACI).

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations using diagnostic ultrasound equipment.
• Capture, document, and evaluate high‑quality diagnostic images.
• Enter preliminary findings and reports into the VA electronic health record.
• Communicate results clearly and professionally with VA providers.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and manage supplies.

Skills

Experience in vascular ultrasound studies

Knowledge of vascular anatomy and disease processes

Proficiency with Doppler imaging

Ability to document findings accurately

Fluent in English

Education

Registered Vascular Sonographer certification

Active unrestricted license to practice vascular ultrasound
