Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Certified Technician in Minnesota to support safety and refurbishment activities across WS products. You will ensure high-quality work, follow policies, and operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role requires a High School diploma, valid trades certifications, and knowledge of carpentry/electrical/plumbing/HVAC. Flexibility for field tasks and strong communication with team and customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and valid trades certifications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC or related trades.
• Must hold licenses as required by law for trade duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow WillScot safety, transportation, and environmental policies.
• Perform repairs and refurbishment on WS products to achieve high first-time quality.
• Maintain inventory and perform yard service tasks as assigned.
• Operate forklifts and use hand tools; provide training to others as needed.
• Ensure doors/windows are secured and units are ready for delivery/return.
