Qualifications

• Certification: McDonald’s Management Development Program (MDP) or equivalent leadership certification.

• A "Can-Do" attitude with composure during peak hours and clear team communication.
• Strong communication skills and regular team check-ins.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 lbs.

• Safety Champion: Maintaining a squeaky-clean environment and following all safety protocols to a T.

What We’re Looking For

We need a leader who is ready to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Certification: You must have completed the McDonald’s Management Development Program (MDP) or an equivalent internal leadership certification.




• Leadership Experience: At least 6+ months as a Crew Trainer or Shift Lead (we want someone who knows the ropes!).




• A "Can-Do" Attitude: You can think on your feet, stay calm during a lunch rush, and keep the team focused.




• Communication Skills: You’re great at giving clear directions and checking in with your team.




• Physical Stamina: You’re ready to be on your feet and can handle lifting 30–50 lbs when the stock truck arrives.
