Job summary

Atlantic Terminal McDonald's is seeking a Swing Manager to oversee shifts weekly, guiding Crew and other Managers to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service. You will lead with a focus on Quality, Service and Cleanliness across each shift, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards and operational targets.
