Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Knowledge of ARC learn-to-swim levels, basic water safety, and spinal injury management.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct group and private swimming lessons for all ages.
• Prepare lesson plans and organize equipment for classes.
• Provide a safe environment and ensure participant safety.
• Maintain order and safety in teaching area.
• Complete and distribute progress updates after each session.
