Job summary

Freeman Health System seeks a Surgical Technician to join the perioperative team in Arkansas. You will support the surgeon and staff, prepare sterile fields, and assist during procedures while maintaining patient safety and infection control.

The position requires a technical school diploma in surgical technology or an associated degree, with 0–2 years OR experience preferred and strict adherence to policy and sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Surgical Technology program (technical school or associate degree).
• 0–2 years operating room experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to sterile technique and infection control standards.

Responsibilities
