SurgCenter of Plano is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our ambulatory surgery team on weekdays only. The role supports surgical procedures, maintains sterile technique, preps instruments, and collaborates with physicians and nurses to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Qualifications include a Surgical Technician program, appropriate state certification, and prior ambulatory center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of a surgical technician program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
