Role: Certified Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist assists in surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment, preparing supplies, instruments, and equipment. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center and participates in quality improvement activities.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a surgical technician program or licensed nurse in Tennessee

• Ability to adapt quickly to patient condition changes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
