Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the scrub technologist during surgical and invasive procedures.
• Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain sterile field and proper sterile technique.
• Assist with sterile draping and anticipate instrument needs.
• Support OR setup and turnover between procedures.
• Prepare instruments for decontamination and transport post-procedure.
• Follow surgical safety protocols and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement.
