Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program with recent acute care experience.
• Current registration to practice as a surgical technologist in Washington.
• Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sterile field in the operating room.
• Prepare instruments and supplies for use during procedures.
• Assist in room turnover and setup in a timely manner.
• Coordinate stocking with staff members and ensure proper supply levels.
• Verify adherence to sterilization processes and packaging integrity.
• Follow surgeon preferences and ensure cards are current and accurate.
