Job summary

TriHealth's Bethesda Butler Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support safe and efficient operating room procedures. You will work alongside surgeons, nurses, and perioperative teams in a patient-focused environment, contributing to positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Graduate of accredited school of Surgical Technology. Will accept a non-accredited school of Surgical Technology if hired prior to 2019.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
• Surgical Technologist Certification required

Responsibilities

• Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room.
• Demonstrates personal/professional growth through internal and external training opportunities.
• Communicates professionally with team members related to patient care situations.
• Maintains a safe environment for self, patients, team members.
• Participates in unit based quality initiatives.
• Works closely with team members to meet unit and patient needs.
