Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Indiana to scrub and assist in operative procedures, prepare instruments, and maintain sterile fields. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and efficient room turnover in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior CST experience preferred.
• Current CST certification preferred.
• BLS certification current or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to decontamination.
• Assist with post-procedure room cleaning and setup for next patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
