Position: Full-time Operating Room Certified Surgical Technologist

Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Full-Time Certified Surgical Technologist. We are a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk and are an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International (USPI). USPI’s mission is to care for each patient and their family as if they were our own, each and every time.

The Certified Surgical Technologist supports all departmental functions aligned with USPI’s mission, vision, and goals. This role involves establishing effective relationships with patients, physicians, staff, volunteers, and vendors. The technologist scrubs for surgical procedures, demonstrating competence while working with leadership to meet safety, quality, customer service, and financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
  • Current CST certification; BLS required
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
