Responsibilities

• Transfer patients to and from bed to wheelchairs or stretchers and verify patient identity.
• Provide adequate daily care and report to Team Leader; maintain a safe, confidential environment for the patient.
• Be accountable for completion of assignments; demonstrate reliability and dependability, including attendance policy adherence.
• Meet personal and practical needs of patients and families; use effective communication.
• Continue self-development, provide leadership, participate in Performance Improvement Activities.
• Reflect HCA values and Code of Conduct in daily activities.
