Responsibilities

• Plans, sets up, performs and cleans up the surgical procedure as a circulator and/or scrub tech.
• Maintains instrument and equipment integrity and ensures sterility.
• Assists nurse with counts and positioning; follows safety standards.
• Performs room turnover and terminal cleaning; uses cost-effective supplies.
• Provides instruments and supplies to surgeons as per patient care plan.
