Make a Difference

Community Hospital Anderson offers an excellent opportunity within our main Operating Room in Anderson, IN. The Operating Room CST will be responsible for scrubbing on various surgical cases, assisting surgeons, and anticipating needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist should possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP-accredited program preferred
• 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred
• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hire
• Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills required
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness
• Ability to take direction well, as well as be self-directed and motivated
