We have an excellent opportunity within our main Operating Room located in Indianapolis, IN. The Operating Room CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases, assisting surgeons, and anticipating needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist will possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP-accredited program preferred
• 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred
• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hire
• Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills are required
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to take direction well
