Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to maintain a sterile operating room, scrub on all procedures, and support patient assessments under RN supervision. The role includes on-call weekends, day shifts from 7am to 3:30pm, and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, assisting surgeons, managing OR supplies, and contributing to patient safety and care across surgical cases.

Qualifications

• Must have CST and BLS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Certified surgical technologists prepare and maintain the sterile environment of the operating room, assist during surgeries, and ensure patient safety. They scrub on all surgical procedures, support patient assessments, and perform circulating duties under RN supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and BLS certification required.
• Experience in pediatric surgery, healthcare, or working with diverse organizational levels preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Additional Details

Onsite position requiring availability for on-call, weekends, and some on-site flexibility. The role offers a sign-on bonus and involves working days from 7am to 3:30pm, with responsibilities including surgical assistance, patient care, and OR management.
