Medical City Arlington is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our OR team in Arlington, TX. The role supports physicians and registered nurses, manages supplies and instrumentation, and passes instruments during procedures.

You will work in a fast-paced surgical environment, ensuring equipment is sterile and ready for each case. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree or Certificate and CTS/CST certification with BLS certification within 30 days of start.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree, or Certificate.
• TS-C or CST certification.
• No Travel Required.
• No experience Required.

Collaborates with physician and Registered Nurses to serve in support role within OR. Responsible for supplies, instrumentation and equipment needed for surgical cases. Proficient in surgical environment as surgical assistant passing instruments and assisting the physician during surgical cases.

What qualifications you will need:
