Certified Surgical Technician - Sign On Bonus

The OR Surgical Scrub Technologist will support the facility by performing scrub duties in the Operating Room at a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center, including Urology, ENT, and Pediatric Dental specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical scrub patient care to surgical patients in the operating room.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures by ensuring all supplies, implants, and equipment are present and ready.
• Assist with efficient operating room turnover between cases.
• Use, wash, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment properly.
• Document inventory and maintenance of preference cards accurately and legibly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, physician offices, and patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify potentially unsafe situations and notify the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Surgical Scrub Technologist certification required.
• 1-2 years of OR scrub experience required.
• Multi-specialty OR scrub experience strongly preferred.
• Must be personable, friendly, flexible, and possess positive interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of typical OR equipment required.
