St. Mary’s Medical Center is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech. Under supervision, assists with patient care in the Operating Room by scrubbing or circulating for most surgeries, supporting the surgeon and anesthetist within a technician's scope. May handle housekeeping and prep of supplies and instruments.

Education requires a high school diploma with OR instruction; AST or NCCT certification is expected within 1 year of graduation; BLS is mandatory.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent who has completed an organized course of Operating Room instruction recognized by St. Mary's Medical Center.
• Completion of certification within 1 year of graduating instructional course.
• BLS required.

Requirements

Education Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent who has completed an organized course of Operating Roominstruction recognized by St. Mary's Medical Center.

Certification:

Associate of Surgical Technologist (AST) or National Center of Certification Testing (NCCT)

Completion of certification required within 1yr of graduating instructional course.

BLS required.
