• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
• Surgical Tech credentialed from NCCT before hire or NBSTSA within 6 months of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical operating suites with sterile drapes and instruments.
• Hand instruments and supplies to surgeon during surgery.
• Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.
• Maintain instruments and monitor counts throughout procedures.
