Job summary

Surgery Partners in Saratoga Springs, UT is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room procedures under the direction of surgeons and OR staff.

The role requires CST certification and current BLS; experience is preferred, but candidates with 0–2 years are considered. You will help maintain a safe, sterile OR and assist in procedures to ensure high‑quality patient care.

• Current CST certification as required by state regulations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

General Summary of Duties

Surgical Technologists, also known as Scrub Technologists , Surgical Technicians , or Operating Room Technicians , assist in surgical procedures under the direction and supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel.

As a vital member of the operating room team, the Surgical Technologist helps ensure a safe, efficient, and sterile environment before, during, and after surgical procedures. Operating room teams commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, registered nurses, and surgical technologists working collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care.

Education, Experience & Requirements

Required

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, as required by state regulations.
  • Individuals who qualify under applicable state grandfathering provisions may be exempt from certification requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred

• Candidates with zero (0) to two (2) years of related clinical experience may be considered.
