Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with exposure, suctioning, and sponging of the operative site.
• Perform suturing using appropriate techniques.
• Anticipate and plan individualized patient care based on procedures.
• Prepare and evaluate equipment, supplies, and resources for care needs.
• Collaborate within the team, delegate, and provide feedback for high-quality care.
• Maintain awareness of patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and age factors.
• Organize work, prioritize tasks, and foster positive relationships.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
