Qualifications

• Current state licensure to practice.
• 1 year of recent surgical services experience.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Current clinical references.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• TB skin test within 12 months.
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella; respiratory fit test; Tdap/flu vaccinations.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
