Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring practitioners to guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions, delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience based on company training.

You’ll evaluate needs, select techniques, maintain a clean studio, and engage members to help them reach personal wellness goals. The role includes in-house training and growth within a rapidly expanding national brand.

Qualifications

• Interest in fitness and healthy living.
• Education or experience in exercise science or hands-on bodywork (a plus).
• Ability to complete both in-person and online training.
• Motivation to support clients in reaching personal wellness goals.
• Dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on company training and certification.
• Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience every day.
• Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized.
• Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients.
