Job summary

Stretch Zone Uptown is seeking energetic, wellness-minded individuals to join as Certified Stretch Practitioners. You will deliver safe, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced wellness studio.

The role requires a health/fitness background or related education, in-house training, and certification. Full-time availability with weekends, mid-day and evenings is preferred; after training, you’ll target around 30 sessions per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates energy, personable approach and confidence in client communication.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with phones, scheduling software and basic technology.
• Clear verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform stretches safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, practitioner-assisted stretch sessions one-on-one.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Maintain professionalism and a team-oriented studio environment.
• Educate clients on stretch programs and keep them motivated to meet wellness goals.
• Follow safety protocols and document sessions accurately.
• Assist with studio upkeep and daily operational tasks.
• Support studio productivity by scheduling calls and following up with prospective members.
• Collaborate with management to uphold Stretch Zone standards and culture.
