Job summary

Stretch Zone Uptown is seeking energetic, wellness-minded individuals to join as Certified Stretch Practitioners. This hands-on role focuses on safe, practitioner-assisted sessions and exceptional client service in a fast-paced studio environment.

Selected candidates complete Stretch Zone’s paid in-house training, online coursework, and a national certification. Expect a minimum schedule with weekend, midday, and evening hours, plus growth potential through commissions and future pay raises.

Qualifications

• Hands-on stretching experience or relevant education background.
• Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, or body mechanics.
• Ability to work with clients and maintain safety protocols.
• Willingness to complete paid training and certification.
• Comfort with standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective practitioner-assisted stretch sessions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and support daily operations.
• Record accurate client notes and session documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and body mechanics standards.
• Support studio scheduling and outreach to schedule sessions.
• Collaborate with management to maintain standards and culture.
• Answer phones and assist with basic admin tasks.
• Adhere to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
• Clock in/out properly and maintain punctuality.
