Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a qualified CSCS to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation at Holloman AFB, NM. You will design individualized strength and conditioning programs, integrating prehabilitation, performance training, and recovery, and support rehabilitation and return-to-flight efforts.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, contribute to curriculum development, maintain data integrity, and assist with research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• 2+ years of S&C experience in high-performance environments.
• CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Job Description:

Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
• Current CPR and AED certification.
