Pay Range

This range is provided by Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Location: Springville, NY
• Schedule: Part Time, Days
• Compensation: $16.19 – $18.08 per hour based on experience. $500 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities

Maintains sterile and non-sterile supplies for all departments within Bertrand Chaffee Hospital facilities, including the operating room. Decontaminates, cleans, inspects, prepares, disinfects and sterilizes linens, utensils, trays, endoscopes, and/or instruments; operates sterilizers, washers, decontaminators, aerators, heat sealers, carts, ultrasonic cleaners, warming cabinets, and biological incubators. Maintains sterile linen packs; gathers used utensils & instruments; performs clerical and record-keeping work as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification.
• Six (6) months’ experience in a clinical setting as a para-professional or technician.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience.
