Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble and sterilize surgical instruments and trays to ensure sterility and readiness.
• Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records for infection prevention.
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts based on schedules and procedure needs.
• Inventory and store supplies in OR areas, coordinating with the surgical team to meet needs.
• Respond to instrument requests during surgeries and assist with urgent equipment needs.
