Qualifications

• Twelve months minimum in Sterile Processing preferred.
• All SPD staff must be proficient in spoken and written English.
• CRCST certification required and maintained.
• Experience with Censis, OneSource, and Microsoft Office recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reprocessing cycle for surgical instrumentation and case carts.
• Operate ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and sterilizers.
• Complete quality monitoring and documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and instrument rounds.
• Provide mentoring and training for new Sterile Processing Techs.
