Certified Stellantis Team Lead Technician

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere!

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Chrysler Certified Tech Team Lead to join our team at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service and repairs, and upholding the reputation of our dealership. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of Chrysler Certified Technicians
• Oversee the diagnostic and repair processes
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Chrysler certification is required
• Prior experience in a leadership role in an automotive service setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to abackground check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
