Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced solar installation crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. We’re growing fast and looking to partner with dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000)
• Proven trade experience with reliable crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install solar systems on residential exteriors
• Perform vinyl/Hardie siding, roofing, gutters, fascia/soffit work as needed
• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

We’re growing fast and looking to partner with dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer consistent work volume and flexibility to keep your crews busy year-round. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $270M in installed work and are projected to grow to over $500M in net sales in 2026.

We are currently hiring subcontractors for:

Solar Installations

And Additionally:

• Vinyl Siding Installation
• Hardie Siding Installation
• Metal Roofing
• Asphalt Shingle Roofing
• Gutter Installation
• Fascia & Soffit Work

Requirements:

• Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
