• Oversee assigned shifts and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food-safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Coach and support crew members during shifts and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and manage safety, inventory, and profitability.
• Train new team members on essential duties and address customer concerns professionally.
