Job summary

Hireology seeks a Certified Service Technician to join a Ford dealership in Southfield, MI. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, completing repair orders and communicating with the Service Advisor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technician experience, Ford or ASE/OEM certifications preferred, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Flexible schedule, competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service technician experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification highly preferred.
• Ase or OEM certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with efficiency.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using tools.
• Repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, etc.
• Communicate estimates and status to Service Advisor.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications.
