Role Description The Certified Scrub at Centennial Surgery Center LLC is responsible for preparing operating rooms, ensuring appropriate instruments and supplies are available, and maintaining a sterile field throughout surgical procedures. Day-to-day tasks include setting up surgical trays, assisting the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies, counting sponges and instruments, and following strict infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, documenting relevant information, and helping with room turnover and equipment care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications
