Location: Evanston, IL 60201
Assignment Dates: August 11, 2025 – June 7, 2026 (2025–2026 School Year)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:25 AM – 3:15 PM (Approx. 37.5 hours/week)
Setting: K–8 School Environment

Position Overview:

Weare seeking a Certified School Nurse (CSN) to join ourteam for the upcoming school year. This role involves a blend of general nursing responsibilities and active participation as a member of the IEP team to support students with diverse needs across a K–8 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily nursing care to students, including routine and emergency health services

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student health plans

Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines

Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student wellness and academic success

Serve as a health resource and promote health education within the school community

Caseload Details:

K–8 student population

Requirements:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Certified School Nurse (CSN) endorsement — required
