Location: Carrollwood, FL

Job Description:

Must Have: .Net/ JAVA

JOB SUMMARY: Provide leadership and technical expertise in requirements solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation of information systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed functional specifications, design models, and system workflows from which software applications will be developed and implemented.
2. Conduct code reviews to ensure developers and engineers are adhering to development guidelines and industry best practices.
3. Lead, mentor, and assist software developers/engineers with technical issues.
4. Lead software development teams and application development projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

Work Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in implementing large complex development applications.
2. 3+ years of experience in application integration with third party/external sources.
3. 3+ years of experience in .NET (C#), Java (J2EE) and/or client-server object-oriented technologies.
4. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design, development, and implementation experience.
5. 2+ years of experience in database design development and normalization using Oracle DBMS.
6. 5+ years of experience in both the use of structured and object-oriented systems analysis, design development tools, and techniques.
7. 5+ years of experience in SQL.
8. 3+ years of experience in XML.
9. 3+ years of experience in PL/SQL.

Skills:

1. Demonstrated written communication skills.
2. Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express and document complex technical concepts in business terms.
4. Advanced knowledge in C#, J2EE, Oracle DBMS, SQL Server, XML/HTML, and PL SQL.
5. Experience in SOA design and implementation.
