Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Rigger to assemble rigging and operate hoisting equipment at industrial sites across the U.S. The role requires NCCCO Rigging Level II or NCCER Advanced Gold certification and 3-5 years of journeyman experience.

You will select and attach rigging components, oversee crane operations, and enforce safety rules to protect personnel and loads. We value strong teamwork and commitment to compliance.

Qualifications

• NCCCO Rigging Level II or NCCER Advanced Gold certification.
• 3-5 years journeyman level experience in rigging.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Select cables, ropes, pullups, winches, blocks based on load.
• Attach rigging to overhead structures and guide crane hoists.
• Set up and rig hoisting equipment per safety rules.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures; maintain certifications.
