Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Restorative Aide to support nursing staff in enhancing patients' strength, mobility, and overall wellness. You will provide routine restorative services and assist with daily care while upholding compassionate, resident-centered care.

The position requires an active CNA in good standing, with at least one year in skilled nursing or related settings, and reliable transportation to and from shifts. Full-time hours with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in skilled nursing or long term care preferred.
• 1+ year experience with restorative care required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide routine service that support the skilled nursing care delivered to patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care that serve to increase strength and mobility.
• Perform standard care duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a certified CNA in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care nursing preferred but not required
• 1+ years of experience with restorative care required Reliable transportation required
