LewisGale Hospital Montgomery is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care, perform diagnostic tests, and support patients on invasive and noninvasive ventilation. Applicants must hold state credentials (RRT/RCP), NBRC-CRT, and ACLS/BCLS certifications with timelines as required, and travel is not involved.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 4 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
• Certificate

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered respiratory care
• Performs a variety of diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures
• Monitors patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation
• Supports the facility’s standards of performance and promotes the organization’s vision/mission/values
