Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to deliver critical respiratory care in a high-acuity setting, mainly during night shifts.

Responsibilities include managing ventilation, oxygen therapy, arterial blood gas analysis, and pulmonary diagnostics; documenting interventions and responding to emergencies. The CRT may serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, overseeing shift operations.

Qualifications

• Valid State RCP license.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• NRP and PALS certifications within specified timeframes.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Assist airway management and aerosol therapies.
• Document patient interventions and respond to emergencies.
• In supervisor absence, lead shift operations as Lead RCP.
